We are pleased to announce that Europa Quality Print & Mailing (UK) has achieved full FSC and PEFC certification. Europa join a select few printers in the UK today to gain these chain of custody certificates and clients can now reap the benefits of working alongside a proven environmentally responsible printer.
Customers can also demonstrate their own commitment to the environment by using the FSC tick tree logo on any item printed on FSC certified material.
The certifications were achieved following a rigorous audit of the company’s systems and procedures and is regularly monitored and audited by an independent body
The Chain of Custody process ensures that the material is tracked, traced and identified from the forest of its origin through every stage of production until it reaches the end user.
Certified forests are managed to ensure long term timber supplies while protecting the environment and the lives of forest-dependent peoples.

‘You can’t fit a quart into a pint pot’ as the old saying goes and Europa’s urgent requirement for more space became a major concern to Management during 2004. Aborted projects, a lack of suitable properties and even a case of gazumping delayed and hindered the company’s ambitions, until with the help of the London Development Agency, a new property was purchased at the I.O. Centre in Woolwich in mid 2005.
With 4500 square feet of machine area and a further 3500 square feet of pre-press and office space, the company’s new headquarters provides an uncluttered working environment and ample room for growth.
In nostalgic deference to the firms first address back in 1993, the company’s new headquarters is to be named Europa House – a link with the past that will resonate with many of Europa Quality Print & Mailing’s loyal clients who have been customers from day one.
